Born and raised in Gainesville, Florida. Jeff Ference followed his father, Earl L. Ference, into the Insurance Energy and quickly made his mark. A Farm Bureau agent since 1992, Jeff has been the leading producing agent in Florida for the last 16 years! Through his hard work, Jeff has also been rewarded with the title of a contracted General Agent with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Inc.

A graduate of North Florida University, Jeff is very active in giving back to the community in which he was raised by participating in a variety of fundraisers and charities. In his free time, Jeff enjoys snowboarding, classic cars, and of course his ever present companion: Cuervo the Golden Retriever!

Earl L. Ference is the patriarch of the organization and has over 50 years service in the insurance industry. Earl started as an agent and retired as Vice President and Sales Manager for Florida Farm Bureau. He is a Graduate of the University of Florida with a BSBA degree and has completed and taught many insurance education courses. Earl currently is an adjunct Insurance Professor at Santa Fe Community College and consults on many large commercial accounts.
